We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process, ensuring that all aspects of case management are handled efficiently and effectively. This position requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of legal procedures, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings by organizing case files and documents.

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, and discovery requests.

• Manage case files and maintain accurate records in compliance with legal standards.

• Coordinate communication with clients, witnesses, and experts while maintaining professional phone etiquette.

• Utilize legal case management software for data entry and tracking case progress.

Skills

• Proficient in clerical tasks with strong attention to detail.

• Experience in legal drafting and familiarity with various legal documents.

• Strong document review skills with an emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness.

• Familiarity with legal case management systems to streamline workflow processes.

• Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with clients.

• Background as a paralegal or relevant experience within the legal field is advantageous.

• Understanding of civil litigation is a plus but not mandatory.
