
Background
Mr. Gentile practices in civil litigation, including wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, product defect liability, premises liability, and medical malpractice. Mr. Gentile has tried more than 30 cases in state district and federal courts throughout New Mexico and Colorado. Before joining the firm in 2013, Mr. Gentile served as a Deputy District Attorney in San Juan County in northern New Mexico.
Mr. Gentile is honored to be a Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, known as ABOTA. ABOTA is an invitation-only organization of the finest lawyers and judges in America. Its attorneys represent both plaintiffs and defendants in civil cases, and the distinguished attorneys who belong to ABOTA have earned great distinction at trial. Mr. Gentile was also elected to be the 2026 President of the New Mexico Chapter of ABOTA
