
Background
Madeline DeHerrera joined Guebert Gentile Piazza & Junker, P.C. as a law clerk in 2023 and became an Associate in 2025. She earned her J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2025, where she served as lead research assistant for the Lexis Nexis New Mexico Civil Litigation – a comprehensive guide to the critical stages of civil litigation. During law school, she conducted research on human rights and immigration standards and earned certifications in both Taking and Defending Depositions and Mediation. Madeline holds a B.S., in Counseling and Community Psychology from New Mexico State University, where she graduated as a Crimson Scholar with Honors in 2022.
