Background
Mr. Bruckner has been engaged in civil litigation in New Mexico since 1991. With over 34 years civil litigation experience, Mr. Bruckner has handled personal injury, wrongful death, insurance and construction defect litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He has tried 47 cases to jury verdict. Since 2019, he has limited his practice to serving as a mediator and arbitrator.
